Washington County area financial services group is in need of an Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Answering incoming calls

·         Preparation of business correspondence, reports and spreadsheets

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         Scanning and entry of documents

·         A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

·         2+ years of like administrative/office support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Accurate typing and data entry skills

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills
