Pittsburgh (South Hills) area company in need of a part-time Admin/Office Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Document and spreadsheet prep
- Answering incoming calls as needed
- Providing support to clients as needed
- Assisting with various projects
Requirements:
- Previous like admin/office support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSOffice skills
- Strong analytical skills and good with numbers/figures
- Team player willing to assist when needed
NOTE: This is a 24 hours per week schedule…can be flexible
