Staff Accountant ($65,000-80,000 BOE)

Pittsburgh area accounting firm in need of an experienced Staff Accountant for work related to the construction and real estate industries.

Duties to include:

• Preparing and reviewing individual and corporate tax returns
• Handles state and federal notices
• Perform tax research on new laws, regulations, and specific client issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding tax inquiries and financial guidance.
• Stay updated with tax codes, IFRS, GAAP, and relevant industry changes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks; UltraTax software experience preferred
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
