Pittsburgh (Sewickley) area financial services group is in need of a Part-time Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

· Provide customer support via phone and email

· Scheduling and calendar management

· Assist with basic administrative and office support duties

· Prepare business correspondence and reports

· Project support as required

Requirements:

· Previous like general office and customer support experience

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills; basic Excel

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Team player willing to assist where needed
