Pittsburgh area corporation is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant with executive level support experience to provide direct support to a senior staff member.

Duties to include:

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         Preparation of general correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations

·         Process A/P and assist with account reconciliation and payroll prep

·         Travel arrangements and all related scheduling

·         A variety of related administrative and general office support duties

Requirements:

·         Must have 5+ years of like administrative support experience to exec/senior level staff

·         Seeking a candidate whose resume reflects stability within their past positions

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills
