Pittsburgh area construction company is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will work onsite in fully equipped field trailer.

Duties to include:

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheet and related
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Record meeting minutes
  • Management of project files and drawings
  • A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of like administrative support experience (construction related a plus)
  • Proficient MSOffice (Office 365) skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work within a faster paced environment
