Pittsburgh area construction company is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will work onsite in fully equipped field trailer.
Duties to include:
- Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheet and related
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Record meeting minutes
- Management of project files and drawings
- A variety of related general office support duties
Requirements:
- 5+ years of like administrative support experience (construction related a plus)
- Proficient MSOffice (Office 365) skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work within a faster paced environment
