Pittsburgh (Coraopolis) area company is in need of a professional Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Answering multiline phone system
- Meet and greet walk-ins/clients
- Process incoming mail
- Checking e-mail for letters and assignments from Project Managers
- Preparation of general correspondence including tables, forms and monthly reports
- Mailing and recording of plans and specifications
- Prepare contracts and related documentation
- Updating of database and Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting Administrative Assistant with a variety of duties and projects
Requirements:
- Previous like office/admin support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSOffice skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player willing to assist when and where needed
