Pittsburgh (Coraopolis) area company is in need of a professional Receptionist/Admin Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Answering multiline phone system
  • Meet and greet walk-ins/clients
  • Process incoming mail
  • Checking e-mail for letters and assignments from Project Managers
  • Preparation of general correspondence including tables, forms and monthly reports
  • Mailing and recording of plans and specifications
  • Prepare contracts and related documentation
  • Updating of database and Excel spreadsheets
  • Assisting Administrative Assistant with a variety of duties and projects 

Requirements:

  • Previous like office/admin support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team player willing to assist when and where needed
