Pittsburgh area real estate company is in need of an Office/Admin Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Welcome all guests and agents with a friendly greeting and warm smile, and coordinate with all guests entering the premises

·         Answer and redirect incoming office calls

·         Input information and data into various websites and databases

·         Collect and organize data then transmit into reports and spreadsheets

·         Support Office Manager and team with administrative tasks such as email communication, reports and marketing efforts such as advertising and social media.

·         Maintain and tidy common areas such as training room, conference rooms, etc., running/emptying dishwasher at least once/week

·         Ordering and replenishing office supplies as needed, including but not limited to copier toner.

·         Call in service as required on building and copiers

·         Assist with agent license processes

·         Perform office orientation for new agents   

·         Prepare Recruiting Packets for Manager, both experienced and new

·         Other tasks as needed

Requirements:

·         3+ years of like general office/admin support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·         Ability to meet deadlines

·         Team player willing to assist others as needed
