Pittsburgh area industrial equipment company is in need of a capable Administrative Assistant.  The selected candidate will undertake a variety of office support tasks while working closely with the management team.

Duties to include: 

·       Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

·       Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

·       Provide office communications support by fielding calls, answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customer orders, and keeping customers informed of order status.

·       Filing and maintaining documents both physically and electronically for company records.

·       Aids the office staff in performing their tasks in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.

·       Coordinates and performs the collection of accounts receivable and past due accounts.

·       Reviews and enters accounts payable.

·       Creating, updating, and maintaining standard work process documentation.

·       Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. 

Requirements:

·       3+ years of administrative assistant experience/2+ years of A/R and A/P experience

·       SAGE300 ERP system experience is a plus.

·       Professional written and oral communication skills

·       Strong analytical and math skills

·       Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

·       Proficient MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills

·       Experience in job cost accounting is preferred.

·       Experience in the manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
