Pittsburgh (Coraopolis) area company is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.  The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of secretarial and general office support duties in support of various departments.

Duties to include:

·         Assist in arranging meetings, conferences and related

·         Answer incoming calls, distribute mail and manager appointment calendar/schedule

·         Preparation business correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations

·         Maintain an accurate filing system (manual and electronic)

·         Maintain office equipment and supplies

·         Assist with budget management of departments

·         A variety of related administrative support duties

Requirements:

·         3+ years of like administrative support experience

·         Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software

·         Professional verbal and written communication/customer support skills

·         Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills

·         Ability to handle confidential information

·         Team player willing to assist where needed
