Pittsburgh area non-profit in need of a professional candidate to assist with an upcoming fundraising project.
Duties to include:
- Answer and return incoming customer service line phone calls
- Resolve member and donor issues
- Renew memberships and take donations
- Answer questions about upcoming activities, escalate to permanent staff as needed
- Respond to customer service emails using approved templates and escalate to permanent staff and supervisors if necessary.
- Fulfill membership cards and gift memberships by assembling direct mail materials, stuffing envelopes, and mailing materials.
Requirements:
- Extensive customer service experience required.
- Excellent and clear communication and writing skills.
- Experience working within CRM or sales software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
