Mortgage Loan Processor ($50,000-52,000 per year)

Pittsburgh area financial services group is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor.   

Responsibilities to include:

•        Process mortgage loan files from application to closing

•        Collect, review, and verify borrower documentation

•        Prepare and submit complete files to underwriting

•        Clear underwriting conditions efficiently

•        Coordinate with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and third parties

•        Ensure compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines

Requirements:

•        3+ years of mortgage processing experience

•        Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan products

•        Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and documentation standards

•        Strong organizational and communication skills

•        Ability to manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment
