Pittsburgh area investment services group is in need of an experienced executive level Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Prepares expense reports
- Makes travel arrangements; prepare seminar and conference registrations
- Preparation of various reports, spreadsheets and presentations (PowerPoint)
- Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures
- Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information
- Performs other specific secretarial and administrative duties as assigned
- Works with the manager to understand priorities to adjust scheduling accordingly
Requirements:
- Previous like direct administrative support to executive/senior level staff
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in person, messaging and email
- Proficient MSOffice skills to include PowerPoint
- Comfort working with Microsoft Teams for collaboration
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Sound decision-making, problem solving and analytical skills
- Team player, flexibility to work as a member of a team.
