Pittsburgh (Wexford) area company in need of an experienced Office/Accounting Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Receive and direct incoming calls

·         Draft emails and business correspondence

·         Enter and maintain accounts payables/receivables and related reports in QuickBooks

·         Print reports, checks and related

·         Arrange and set up virtual conference calls

·         Manage and order office supplies

·         A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills; working knowledge of QuickBooks

·         Calendar and schedule management

·         Accurate data entry/typing skills

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

·         Team player willing to assist as needed
