Market Research Associate (Hybrid) $18.00 per hour

Pittsburgh area company in need of two candidates in the role of Market Research Associate.

Duties to include:

• Conduct verbatim, scripted telephone interviews in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
• Clarify and probe for answers, when appropriate, and answer questions from respondents using scripted responses.
• Listen attentively and respond appropriately to respondents but maintain a neutral and unbiased position.
• Accurately document the results of the telephone interview using computerized interviewing software.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous customer service approach to the people you speak with.
• Very strong typing, listening, and reading skills required.
• Ability to exercise extreme patience, professionalism, self-control, and good judgment when dealing with respondents
• Previous call center or telephone-based work experience is preferred, but not required.
• Some evenings and weekends may be required.
• Position requires long periods of sitting, typing, and heavy outbound telephone time.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
