Duties to include:
- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Assist with basic bookkeeping duties
- Prepare business correspondence and reports
- A variety of general office/clerical support duties
Requirements:
- Previous like general office and customer support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills; basic Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player willing to assist where needed
