Pittsburgh (Gibsonia) area company in need of a Customer Service/Office Assistant.   

Duties to include:

·         Directly communicate with customers either by telephone or electronically

·         Handle and respond quickly to customer inquiries

·         Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded

·         Communicate efficiently and effectively

·         Additional general office duties assigned as needed

Requirements: 

·         Previous customer service experience with a proven record of resolving customer concerns.

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills, QuickBooks experience a plus

·         Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.  

·         Highly motivated, organized and driven to work with a sense of urgency and resolve.

·         Consistently present a positive attitude and excellent customer service
