Monroeville area company in need of professional candidate for their Front Desk/Office Assistant position.

Duties to include:

·         Meet and greet all visitors

·         Manage incoming calls

·         Preparation of general correspondence and spreadsheets

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

·         Previous like receptionist or customer service experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Working knowledge of MSWord and Outlook, basic Excel skills

·         Strong organizational multitasking skills

·         Team player

NOTE:  This is a part-time (3 day per week) assignment.
