Pittsburgh area company in need of an Office Assistant/Clerk. 

Duties to include:

·       Answer and transfer incoming calls

·       Prepare general correspondence, reports and quotes

·       Data entry of accounting related info

·       Scheduling and calendar management

·       General customer service and support

Requirements:

·       Previous like general office/admin support experience

·       Professional verbal and written communication skills

·       Proficient MSOffice skills, any experience with accounting software a plus

·       Accurate typing/data entry skills

·       Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
