Pittsburgh (Homestead) area company in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Preparation of business correspondence, spreadsheets and reports
  • Data entry of financial information
  • General customer service and some phone coverage
  • Filing maintenance and organization
  • Project support
  • A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of like administrative/office support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team player
