Pittsburgh (Homestead) area company in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Preparation of business correspondence, spreadsheets and reports
- Data entry of financial information
- General customer service and some phone coverage
- Filing maintenance and organization
- Project support
- A variety of related general office support duties
Requirements:
- 3+ years of like administrative/office support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSWord, Excel and Outlook skills
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player
