Pittsburgh (East Liberty area) company is in need of an experience Administrative/Office Assistant. The selected candidate will assist various departments with general admin and office support functions.

Duties to include:

· Phone coverage as needed

· Preparation of various correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations

· Scheduling and calendar management

· Client service and support

· Assist with a variety of projects as they arise

Requirements:

· 3+ years of like admin/office support experience

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient MSOffice skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Team player willing to help where needed
