Pittsburgh financial services company is in need of a Program Coordinator within their Community Development department.    

Responsibilities to include:

·         Review grant applications for in relation to financial guidelines

·         Organize and review materials required for reporting  

·         Review documents from internal and external parties  

·         Follow department flow chart and procedures lists

·         Prepare electronic files and documents

·         Responsible for transaction reporting and file management

·         Communicate effectively with team members and program applicants

·         Support other functions with a variety of administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s Degree  

·         Experience in community development or related field required

·         High aptitude in reviewing documents related to real estate transactions, loan underwriting or like is preferred

·         Proficient MSOffice skills as well as experience using complex online systems for workflow processing

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex  

·         Excellence while working independently and as part of a team

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

NOTE:  This is a hybrid schedule assignment.
