Downtown Pittsburgh law firm is in need of a part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Meet/greet any visitors, guests
  • Scheduling and basic online calendar management
  • Process incoming mail and packages
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Basic data entry and correpondence prep
  • Assist other support staff with overflow work

Requirements:

  • Previous like office/customer service experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
  • Accurate data entry/typing skills

NOTE: This is a 3-4 day per week position.
