Downtown Pittsburgh law firm in need of an administrative assistant to join their growing law firm. 

Duties to include:

·       Answering calls and direct accordingly

·       Prepare general correspondence and related

·       Assist with billing process and draft invoices

·       Scheduling and calendar management

·       A variety of related general administrative and office support duties

Requirements:

·       2+ years of legal admin support experience

·       Legal billing experience

·       Professional verbal and written communication skills

·       Proficient MSOffice skills

·       Strong attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills
