Pittsburgh area investment management group is in need of an experienced Executive Assistant. Selected candidate will provide support to local C-Suite executives.

Duties to include:

  • Calendar / schedule management
  • Document, spreadsheet and presentation creation
  • Work as a proactive member of staff as it relates to sharing ideas
  • Maintain an online shareable database
  • Create a professional front office environment


  • Previous like executive level support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • MSOffice (to include proficient Excel skills)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Must be able to be productive working both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelors degree is strongly preferred
