Downtown professional services group is in need of a capable Office Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Answering and forwarding incoming calls

·         Meet/greet any visitors and clients

·         Prepare general correspondence and reports

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         Assist Office Manager with various projects

·         Additional general office support duties

Requirements:

·         Previous like office support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSWord and Outlook, basic Excel

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·         Team player willing to assist where needed
