Downtown Pittsburgh financial advisory group in need of an Administrative Assistant.

·        Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate parties

·        Assist with the onboarding of new clients

·        Prepare general correspondence and spreadsheets

·        Calendar management

·        Set up and track account paperwork

·        Coordinating and tracking client specific details

·        Accurate data entry of clients’ file data

·        Assists with other related clerical duties and projects

Requirements:

·        2+ years of administrative/office support experience

·        Professional written and verbal communication skills

·        Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills; basic Excel

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·        Ability to handle confidential information

·        Team player willing to assist where necessary
