Lawrenceville area company is in need of a Customer Service Associate. Selected candidate will interact with customers to address concerns and maintain positive relationships.
· Managing customer interactions: Answering calls and emails, responding to inquiries, and documenting interactions
· Resolving problems: Listening to concerns, providing solutions, and following up on the status of questions and complaints
· Recommending products and services: Helping customers find what they need and guiding them through products
· Generating leads: Identifying potential customers and forwarding them to sales representatives
· Providing feedback: Filling out forms after interactions to identify common questions and concerns
· Assist at tradeshows and other marketing events
Requirements:
· 2+ years of like experience
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
· Strong multitasking skills
· Team player willing to assist when/where needed
