Pittsburgh area investment services group is in need of a Client Service Specialist. 

Duties to include:

·         Responding to and completing client service request

·         Completion of forms for account opening and administration

·         Completion of Required Minimum Distributions

·         Heavy scheduling and preparing materials for client and prospect meetings

·         Tracking outcomes of meetings in firm CRM software

·         Assist with  implementing the giving and gifting practices

·         Assist with firm’s quarterly and yearly reporting  

·         A variety of administrative and project support duties

Requirements:

·         3+ years of previous like experience within the financial/investment

·         Professional verbal and written communication  

·         Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software as needed

·         Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills 

·         Flexible attitude and ability to meet deadlines

·         Experience with portfolio reporting systems, custodial client service platforms, and CRM software

·         Team player willing to assist other members as needed

·         Bachelors degree or higher
