Greensburg area company is in need of a part-time (24 hours/week) Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet visitors and provide general office support
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other clerical duties
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents as needed
- Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and other bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day office organization
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- 2+ years of prior like office support experience preferred
- Proficiency with MSOffice
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks software
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
