Greensburg area company is in need of a part-time (24 hours/week) Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greet visitors and provide general office support
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other clerical duties
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents as needed
  • Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and other bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day office organization
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of prior like office support experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MSOffice
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks software
  • Strong phone communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
