Pittsburgh (Gibsonia) area company is in need of an Inside Sales Rep/Office Assistant.

Duties to include:

· Outbound calls to generate appointments for outside sales team

· Scheduling and calendar management

· Preparation of daily activity reports

· Provide informational support to interested propects

· A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

· Previous like inside sales OR solid customer service experience

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient PC skills with ability to learn new software as needed

· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Team player willing assist when and where needed
