Pittsburgh area design firm is in need of an Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
· Provide full range of administrative support to internal staff including executive staff
· Coordinate scheduling of personnel meetings
· Oversee daily operations, maintain facility upkeep and manage supplies
· Make arrangements for project and office gatherings and celebrations
· Preparation of business correspondence and reports
· A variety of related general administrative support duties
Requirements:
· 2+ years of like experience within a professional services environment
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to provide a high level of professional service
· Proficient MSOffice skills and working knowledge of QuickBooks
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Team player willing to assist as needed
NOTE: This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position.
