Downtown Pittsburgh financial services group in need of an Administrative/Operations Assistant.

Duties to include:

·        Manage special projects and initiatives including but not limited to:

·        Review and validate program data for compliance and quality

·        Assist with data creation and reporting  

·        Develop and format slide decks for internal and external presentations

·        Follow organized process flows and procedures across multiple functions

·        Prepare electronic files and documents

·        Perform related internal and external research and data analysis

·        Assist with processing of applications and disbursements

·        Other admin support duties to include document scanning and filing, order office supplies and maintain stock, support breakroom upkeep, assist with access badge issuance

Requirements:

·        3+ years of like administrative/project support experience

·        Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

·        Professional verbal and written communication skills

·        Proficient MSOffice skills to include Excel and PowerPoint

·        Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and evaluate incoming tasks

·        Team player with a positive attitude

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        Previous experience within a financial environment is a plus
