Duties to include:
- Light phone coverage
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Preparation of basic correspondence and proposals
- A variety of related general office support duties
Requirements:
- 2+ years of like admin support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Team player willing to assist others as needed
