Pittsburgh (Fox Chapel) area firm is in need of an experience Administrative/Bookkeeper.

Duties to include:

  • Answer phones and meet/greet visitors
  • Process A/P and A/R (using QuickBooks)
  • Preparation of correspondence, reports and spreadsheets
  • Calendar and schedule management
  • A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

  • Previous like administrative/bookkeeping experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice and QuickBooks skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask
  • Team player willing to assist where needed

NOTE: This is a 3-4 day per week position.
