Pittsburgh area CPA group is in need of an experience Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Track projects and assist in processing returns

·         Prepare correspondence, reports and related docs

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         Data entry of tax return and financial related data

·         A variety of general office support duties

Requirements:

·         Previous like experience within an accounting or financial firm is heavily preferred

·         Proficient software skills with the ability to learn new software as needed

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

·         Strong detail and proofreading skills

·         Team player willing to assist where needed
