Pittsburgh based construction company is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.  The selected candidate will support project management and other related staff.

Duties to include:

·        Preparation of agreements, contracts, submittals and meeting minutes

·        Collect and maintain electronic files of all subcontractor documentation

·        Answer phones and directing calls as needed

·        Data entry and spreadsheet updates

·        A variety of related basic administrative and office support duties

Requirements:

·        2+ years of like experience within the construction or related industry

·        Proficient MSOffice skills with the ability to learn new software as needed

·        Professional verbal and written communication skills

·        Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

·        Team player with a willingness to assist wherever possible
