Washington area company in need of a Part-time Administrative/Accounting Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Assist with all A/P and A/R processing

·         Serve as the contact person for company time keeping and entry; assist employees with  accurate entry of their hours worked

·         Schedule shipping to include prepare accurate shipping documents (domestic and international)

·         Create and submit monthly invoices for shipments

·         Coordinate documents to ensure all are saved, formatted and stored securely

·         Maintain/update vendor and suppliers lists

·         Answer incoming calls and act as first point of contact with clients

·         Prepare general correspondence, spreadsheets and calendar

Requirements:

·         2+ years of like administrative/office support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills to include Outlook; accounting software experience a plus

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·         Team player willing to help where needed

NOTE:  This is a 3 days per week position.
