Pittsburgh area investment services group is in need of a part-time Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

·  Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally

·  Maintain digital and physical filing systems for client and business records

·  Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups

·  Draft and proofread correspondence, contracts, and reports

·  Track and manage office supplies and vendor relationships

·  Ensure confidentiality of client and business information

·  Assist with lease documentation, tenant communication, and rent tracking

·  Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor appointments

·  Maintain compliance documentation and property files

·  Help prepare client reports, meeting summaries, and financial documentation

·  Maintain CRM management systems  

·  Assist with event planning or client communications (e.g., newsletters)

Requirements:

·  3+ years of like administrative support  

·  Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software as needed

·  Professional communication and interpersonal skills

·  Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

·  Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

·  Self-motivated with the ability to manage responsibilities across two businesses

NOTE:  This is a 2 days per week position.
