Downtown Pittsburgh group in need of an Executive Assistant. The selected candidate will provide direct support to senior staff within their department of Finance.

Duties to include:

  • Preparation of general correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Heavy calendar management and scheduling
  • Organize travel arrangements
  • Meet and greet any visitors to the department
  • Assist with various projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of like executive level admin support experience
  • Proficient MSOffice skills to include heavy Outlook application
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Team player willing to help where and when needed
