Downtown Pittsburgh faith-based organization is in need of an Administrative/Office  Assistant.

Responsibilities:

·         Telephone reception and message coordination

·         Manage daily correspondence with board members and staff

·         Notify appropriate parties of upcoming meetings and assist in coordination of off-site meetings

·         Monitor status of programs for billing purposes

·         Prepare and post meeting packets and presentation folders as needed

·         Attend board meetings and Executive Committee meetings and record minutes  

·         Maintain a master contacts database

·         Assist in the coordination of events and programming

·         Maintain an effective electronic filing system

·         Maintain office organization and coordinate the ordering of office supplies as needed

·         Prepare mailings as needed and deliver to the post office

Requirements:

·         5+ years of like administrative/office support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills 

·         Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software  

·         Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

·         Excellent time management and organizational skills

·         Team player willing to help when and where needed
