Pittsburgh area investment services group is in need of an experienced executive level Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Prepares expense reports
  • Makes travel arrangements; prepare seminar and conference registrations
  • Preparation of various reports, spreadsheets and presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures
  • Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information
  • Performs other specific secretarial and administrative duties as assigned
  • Works with the manager to understand priorities to adjust scheduling accordingly

Requirements:

  • Previous like direct administrative support to executive/senior level staff
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in person, messaging and email
  • Proficient MSOffice skills to include PowerPoint
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Teams for collaboration
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Sound decision-making, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Team player, flexibility to work as a member of a team.
