Professional financial services group is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.  The selected candidate will have excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.  

Duties to include:

·         Assist with client service needs

·         Prepare reports, documents and presentations as needed.

·         Organize educational workshops & client events as needed

·         Answer phone calls and take concise messages from clients

·         Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system

·         Complete & process new business applications

·         Manage calendar and schedule appointments when needed

Requirements:

·         3+ years of like administrative support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

·         A background in the financial industry a plus, but not necessary
