Pittsburgh area non-profit in need of a professional candidate to assist with an upcoming fundraising project.

Duties to include:

  • Answer and return incoming customer service line phone calls
  • Resolve member and donor issues
  • Renew memberships and take donations
  • Answer questions about upcoming activities, escalate to permanent staff as needed
  • Respond to customer service emails using approved templates and escalate to permanent staff and supervisors if necessary.
  • Fulfill membership cards and gift memberships by assembling direct mail materials, stuffing envelopes, and mailing materials. 

Requirements:

  • Extensive customer service experience required.
  • Excellent and clear communication and writing skills.
  • Experience working within CRM or sales software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
