Duties to include:

  • Provide customer support via phone and email
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping duties
  • Prepare business correspondence and reports
  • A variety of general office/clerical support duties

Requirements:

  • Previous like general office and customer support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills; basic Excel and QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team player willing to assist where needed
