Pittsburgh (South Hills) area company in need of a part-time Admin/Office Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Document and spreadsheet prep
  • Answering incoming calls as needed
  • Providing support to clients as needed
  • Assisting with various projects

Requirements:

  • Previous like admin/office support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Strong analytical skills and good with numbers/figures
  • Team player willing to assist when needed

NOTE: This is a 24 hours per week schedule…can be flexible
