Pittsburgh area non-profit is in need of an Office Assistant.

Duties to include:

·        Basic phone coverage

·        Preparation of correspondence and spreadsheets

·        Scheduling and calendar management

·        Assist with various projects

·        Additional general office duties as assigned


·        Previous like office support experience

·        Professional verbal and written communication skills

·        Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills; basic Excel skills

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·        Team player
