Customer Service/Sales Assistant ($45,000-47,000 per year)

Pittsburgh area distribution company is in need of a Customer/Sales Associate

Duties to include:

• Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders to drive sales and build trust.
• Field incoming customer inquiry calls, gather relevant information, and go above and beyond to completely fulfill their request.
• Support Field and Inside Representatives with sales and systems related needs.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to optimize monthly transactional activities, such as pricing, order tracking, and lead generation.
• Contribute to marketing and outreach strategies to expand customer reach.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software as needed
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Team player willing to help others as needed
• Associate or Bachelors degree is preferred
