Pittsburgh (West Mifflin area) corporation is in need of an administrative assistant to provide support to senior staff member with business and daily activities. 

Duties to include:

·        Coordinates, schedules and transports President to personal and business appointments

·        Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

·        Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

·        Performing minor accounting duties

·        Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders

·        Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner

·        Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit

·        Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

·        Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings

·        Help with daily time management

·        Run errands as requested


·        Previous like administrative support experience

·        Proficient MSOffice skills

·        Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques

·        Excellent organizational and time-management skills

·        Professional communication skills

·        Ability to handle confidential information

Note:  Must be able to work untraditional hours at times
