Pittsburgh (South Hills) area company in need of detail oriented, independent individual to assist senior H.R. staff with a variety of related admin support projects.

Selected candidate will:

· Assume responsibility for the filing (both manually and electronically) of various employee related files

· Enter various data to update and create employee files

· Prepare reports and spreadsheets

· Generate and distribute schedules

· Attend career fairs and assist with other recruiting related function

Requirements:

· Previous employment/education related to the Human Resources field

· Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software as needed

· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

· Team player, willing to “pitch in” where needed
