Pittsburgh area company in need of an experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support to company CEO. Selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining executive schedule and provide excellent support with various administrative tasks.


· Maintain executive’s agenda and planning appointments
· Attend meeting and keep minutes
· Receive/screen phone calls and redirect as needed
· Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence
· Make travel arrangements for executives
· Take CEO to personal appointments
· Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
· Prepare invoices and financial statements; provide bookkeeping assistance
· Maintain electronic records and files
· Conduct research and prepare presentations as assignment


· 5+ years of like executive admin support
· Legal office experience a plus
· Strong knowledge of office management and reporting techniques
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Integrity to properly handle confidential information
· Bachelors degree is preferred (business related preferred)

NOTE: Selected candidate will need to be “on call” as needed.
